Our Service Guarantee
Here on the Ave we attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours of your services. Although our services are non-refundable, we will be more than willing to schedule a corrective service free of charge to ensure your satisfaction.
All services and products are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. A corrective service is scheduled after the stylist has determined that the fault belongs to Ave A. Corrective service appointments are not scheduled due to the client changing their mind about a look after the service has been completed.
Ave A will accept returns of retail product purchased within 14 days of its original purchase date. A credit will be issued to be redeemed in the salon for retail product or service. No cash for returns.
** Cancellation Policy**
24 hour notice is required to cancel or change your reservation. There is a $25 no show fee that will be charged to all same day cancellations.
** No Show Reservations**
Persons that No Show on a scheduled appointment will no longer be taken as a future client.
Our policy is “No show = no other appointment. No exceptions… “.
You may request a reservation via our website, our online scheduling system or by text. If you are a new customer please text full name, services, day, time and email address. All appointments must be booked with a credit card on file. Please respect our reservation policy as you will not be able to book an appointment online without a credit card on file… Please note No shows will be charged 100% of services.

In an effort to be courteous and mindful of our time and our other clients, we allow a 15 minute grace period for your appointment. After your 15 minute grace period, you will be required to reschedule.
