To be featured on our website, take a selfie in the item you purchased with good lighting and fashionably presentable. Send your selfie to info@reneecraigclothing.com. If your photo is selected, you will be contacted to confirm your consent to feature your photo on the homepage of our website. To be featured on our Instagram feed, tag @reneecraigclothing and use the hashtag #RenéeCraigClothing. The better looking (good lighting/fashionably presentable) and mere creative the photo, the more likely you are to be featured on our Instagram feed.

HOW CAN I FIND A PRODUCT?

There are several ways to find a product:

1. Browsing through the categories by clicking the “Shop,” option at the top of the webpage and choosing from the available sections.
2. Entering the product name or product code in the search field
3. Browsing through the Features that are proposed on our site

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

Yes, you can place an order by phone. Call Customer Care at 800-995-4705 during our phone hours to order by phone (10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday). Stay by your computer to refer to necessary information to assist the agent or have the style information available, including size, color and SKU or style number as a reference.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you that your order has shipped and contains your Renée Craig Clothing order tracking number.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ONLINE ORDER?

Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders placed during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday) are typically processed and shipped in one to four business day. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method, the destination of where the order is being shipped to and the warehouse location of where the order is being shipped from.

NOTE: We ship our orders from the United States, United Kingdom and China. If an item is out of stock in our warehouse located in the United States, but is in stock in our suppliers warehouse located in the United Kingdom or China, the order will be shipped from our suppliers warehouse directly.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your Renée Craig Clothing tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at reneecraigclothing.com, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order Status section. Most orders are shipped via the United States Parcel Service (USPS) network. Follow the link directly to the USPS site and enter your Renée Craig Clothing tracking number.

WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND RENÉE CRAIG CLOTHING CO.™ DOESN’T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?

While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY RENÉE CRAIG CLOTHING CO.™ PRODUCTS?

To fully enjoy your new Renée Craig Clothing products, make sure you read the item’s label and follow the care instructions. Here are a few more tips for keeping your items looking their very best.

For Dark Denims: Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the water when you wash your jeans for the very first time. This helps to set the dark dye in the fabric. Always wash denim inside out, zipper up, to prevent excess wear and delay fading.

For Ribbed Knits: To maintain an item’s original shape, hand wash it in cold water and lay flat to dry. To shrink the item, hand wash in warm water and dry in hot air.

For Silk Screened Items: Hand wash items inside out in cold water, and lay flat to dry or hang to dry or dry using cool air. Use fabric softener to keep the items soft.

For Items Decorated With Rhinestones Or Glitter: Follow the same instructions for Silk Screened items above.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you don’t absolutely love your new purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached (including the return tag on dresses, rompers and jumpsuits) and accompanied by your receipt. Please note that Sale and Clearance items, gift cards, lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. We’re unable to honor previous sale prices, promotions and/or price adjustments. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item for return that is not in original, new condition or damaged due to:

  • Soiling or staining (food, lipstick, makeup, bleach, marker/pen, sweat, dirt, etc.)
  • Wear and tear (worn, ripping, tearing, snagging)
  • Scent (perfume, body odor, mildew)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE A PACKAGE OR IT IS UNDELIVERABLE?

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a $7 return fee and 15% restocking fee.

Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for a $7 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order. We reserve the right to void or refund a payment for any order at any time for any reason.
