Return/Exchanges

We DO NOT accept returns! Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.

NO Refunds, ALL SALES are Final. We will not cancel, or refund orders for not acknowledging our processing times

Exchanges
(Read Carefully)

All Hair must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 3 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued out. If the deadline has passed we will not be exchanging the hair.
