Shipping & Returns

At the moment all orders are running on a 2-3 business day processing/production time, regardless of the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days and rush delivery does not translate to rush processing. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. If there is a holiday or a special promotion, this can delay the processing time by 2-3 additional business days making the total possible wait time 6 business days.

No packages are processed or shipped on weekends. The delivery date provided by your carrier is their best estimate and is not a guarantee. Any delays should be followed up with the carrier. Once a package dispatches from us, the burden lies on the carrier to deliver.

The quickest way to see where your package is to follow the UPS Tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email. If you are concerned with the whereabouts of your package, we encourage you to contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877, provide them with your tracking number, and allow them to assist you. They are great at tracking down packages. Unfortunately, this is not something we can assist with.

Please keep in mind that we are also not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed shipments.


Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeps your happiness our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within three business days of receiving your package if there were issues with your delivery. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team immediately at


You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning color variation or if you changed your mind and want a different product are not valid reasons for an exchange. Products that have been used and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each product to make sure you are satisfied with the product. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order
